1Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OneLinkHQ, including our website, dashboard, and all features made available through onelinkhq.com (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use OneLinkHQ. If you are using OneLinkHQ on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create a OneLinkHQ account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this requirement.

3Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@onelinkhq.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person without our written consent.

4Subscriptions, Plans & Billing

OneLinkHQ offers a free plan and paid subscription tiers (including BASIC and PREMIUM) that unlock additional features. Feature availability for your account is determined by your active plan.

• Prices, features and plan tiers are as displayed on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew for the billing period you selected unless cancelled beforehand from your dashboard.
• If your subscription expires or payment cannot be verified, your account may move to our EXPIRED tier with reduced feature access, though your data remains intact.
• Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

5Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OneLinkHQ to:

• Host or link to content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others' rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with someone.
• Distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing through your page or automation tools.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, our infrastructure, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
• Use lead collection, email automation, or messaging features to send unsolicited bulk communications in violation of applicable law.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6Your Content & Ownership

• You retain ownership of the content you upload — links, images, product listings, bio text, and any other material added to your page.
• By using the Service, you grant OneLinkHQ a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you and your visitors.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

7Third-Party Integrations

OneLinkHQ offers optional integrations with third-party platforms, including payment processors (Razorpay), email delivery (your own SMTP), and social platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp).

Your use of any third-party integration is also subject to that platform's own terms of service. OneLinkHQ is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms that are outside our control.

8Selling Products & Bookings

• If you use OneLinkHQ's Product Selling or Appointment Booking features, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings, pricing, delivery, and service fulfillment to your customers.
• OneLinkHQ acts as a platform facilitating these transactions and is not a party to the agreement between you and your customers.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable consumer protection, tax and business regulations relevant to your sales or services.
• Disputes between you and your customers regarding products or appointments should be resolved directly between the parties; OneLinkHQ may assist where reasonably possible but is not obligated to mediate.

9Intellectual Property

The OneLinkHQ name, logo, platform design, and underlying software are the property of OneLinkHQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

10Suspension & Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or where required by law.
• Upon termination, your public page will no longer be accessible, and data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspending an account, except in cases of severe or urgent violations.

11Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

OneLinkHQ is not responsible for losses arising from third-party platform outages, delays in manual payment verification, or content posted by users.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OneLinkHQ harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

14Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as new features and integrations (such as Razorpay and Meta platform integrations) go live. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you directly.
